How to make a cutlery mold

Hello dear friends, today this blog is introduce our cutlery mold making steps. If you have interests, please keep on brousing.
1.Make the product design: If the customer only have sample, then let customer send the sample to us. And then we make the product design according to the sample; If not, we will find the similar product in our online store, and buy; Or if customer have the drawing in hand,we could make mold design directly.
2.Make the cutlery mold design: when you confirmed the product design, we will start to make the mold design. When it is complete, will send you at once.
FOR THE DESIGN, WE HAVE OUR OWNER DESIGNER, SO WE COULD UPDATE THE DESIGN ASAP IF YOU NEED CHANGE SOME PLACE.
3.Make cutlery mold: For making a cutlery mold, it is have several steps.
① Prepare cutlery mold steels
② Fly cutting
③ CNC rough tooling
④ Deep hole drilling for water lines
⑤ Heat treatment
⑥ CNC precision tooling for bottome side
⑦ CNC semifinishing for the front surface
⑧ low speed wire cutting for ejector pin holes
⑨ High speed CNC
⑩ Polishing
⑪ Assembling and fitting
4. Try running: We will arrange try running. If you have requirements for the material, then we will try to buy the same or similar one in our material supplier, and running in similar tons machine. And send the machine operate data to you. You could operate according to it.
For the try running, if you have time, you could come to our country to check the sample situation, if not, then we could send you the sample.
And when you confirmed the sample, we will waiting for your shipping advice.
5. mold pack: we could spray the color on the cutlery mold surface, and then pack the cutlery mold into wooden case.
6. Delivery: Will send the cutlery mold to you by sea or plane.
